By connecting your Activation Grip to a exercise band or a cable pulley machine, you can combine your strength training with your technique training.

As a handball player you can strenghten the muscles in and around the shoulder joint while you improve your shooting technique. The exercises are recommended primarily in rehab purposes and to warm-up before training and matches.

Exercise where ever you are

By using a exercise band, you can easily take your Activation Grip with you and use it at home aswell as away, for training aswell as warm up for competition / match. Or why not take it with you on your holiday?

The exercise band is easily attached to a door using a door anchor that can be found in our online shop. An alternative to this is to let a friend hold the exercise band and act attachment point.
