Work out where you want

By using exercise bands and a door attachment, you can easily take with you and use your Activation Grip both at home and away, for training or warm up for competition / match. Or why not take it on holiday?

Exercise 1

Attach the exercise band under the door using the door anchor.

Stand slightly leaning forward with the weight on the front leg. Pull your arms backwards as high as possible.

Remember to use the back muscles in movement.

Return slowly to the starting position and repeat.
