Work out where you want

By using exercise bands and a door attachment, you can easily take with you and use your Activation Grip both at home and away, for training or warm up for competition / match. Or why not take it on holiday?

Exercise 1

Attach the exercise band above the door using the door anchor.

Start with your hands parallel to the shoulders. Extend your arms straight forward. Remember to keep the tension in the chest. Return slowly to the starting position and repeat.
