With the help of Activation Grip you no longer need to focus on the difficult grip but can instead focus fully on carrying out the exercise correctly.

Work out where you want

By using exercise bands and a door attachment, you can easily take with you and use your Activation Grip both at home and away, for training or warm up for competition / match. Or why not take it on holiday?

Exercise 1

Attach the exercise band under the door using the door anchor.

Start with hands parallell with your shoulders as in the first picture. Then press the arms straight up above your head. Return to start position and repeat.
