Work out where you want

By using exercise bands and a door attachment, you can easily take with you and use your Activation Grip both at home and away, for training or warm up for competition / match. Or why not take it on holiday?

Exercise 1

Hold up your arms with your elbows pointing forward. Extend your arms as straight as possible while maintaining the same angle of the upper arm.

Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
